Three weeks into training and I’m loving it.I felt so intimidated by the gym equipment that I never went to a gym. East2west personal training has made me enjoy the gym and feel at ease with this space. I look forward to my sessions and feel I’m getting stronger each week. Sam is amazing very helpful and makes gym enjoyable.All staff are extremely friendly and helpful, if you’re thinking about personal training, you can’t go past East 2 West fitness.

Ethan and the team are pros at what they do.My previous personal training experiences have left me feeling like I wasn’t making the most out of my time and that progress was stalling and Ive never felt confident in the gym or had a proper plan to achieve my goals.I have experienced the complete opposite here.Sam (My PT) took the time so understand my goals, my previous workout experience, and my previous injuries and designed a program and nutrition plan that actually felt personalised.He takes the time to teach me how to not only execute the lifts correctly and safely, but how each exercise fits into the program he wrote for me and why it’s going to help me achieve my fitness goals.Ethan and Sam’s knowledge and training style creates the perfect environment that has challenged and pushed me beyond what I thought was possible, helping me break through barriers and achieve milestones I didn’t think I could reach at in my mid thirties.The studio itself is super clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the free weights you’d ever need as well as a large range of machines for isolation exercises - keeping my workouts fresh and varied.Since training at East2West, my transformations both physical and also mentally have been through the roof. I look forward to every session. The regular check-ins when I’m not in the training studio, shows me that they genuinely care about my success and it’s super motivating.There’s no better investment strategy than investing in yourself. Can’t recommend Ethan and the team more. The gym is a safe and welcoming place to work out as a female and always clean and tidy. Ethan has been amazing in supporting me to lose 50kg and work on previous injuries and relieve chronic pain issues. When I started going to Ethan I had a lot of ‘lockdown’ bad habits and had put on some weight and reached 100kg.Ethan has motivated me with my program and diet and I have seen some significant changes in regards to not only weight loss (now down 16kg to 84kg) and strength but also in terms of improved function and movement that stemmed from old football injuries.Ethan is very knowledgeable and personable and I could not recommend his services more highly.
