Yes to all three. Our client base spans late teens to people in their 70s. We have experience programming around shoulder, knee, back, and post-surgery recovery. We’ll just need to know what’s going on at your intro session.
Yes. We run one-on-two sessions where you split the session with one other person. People who train this way often stay more consistent because they’re not doing it alone.
Comfortable training gear, runners, a water bottle, and a towel. Bathrooms are on site. You don’t need any equipment of your own.
